An easy drinking hazy, soft and juicy. Straw-like in colour with a higher-than-normal residual sweetness to add to the "juicy" mouth feel. The use of oats (malted and un-malted), have contributed to both the haze and softer mouthfeel. The use of wheat has provided the essential proteins for haze...Chur!

We used Granny Smith apple juice which usually makes a tart cider. It fermented out quite low which gives it that dry finish.
We decided to use up the left-over honey to back sweeten it a bit then thought the left-over lemon myrtle might make this cider a bit different than just a run-of-mill tart cider. The result is a dry but somehow balanced cider with notes of apple, lemon myrtle, and a touch of honey
